The location of the hotel was very good, about a 10-12 minute walk from the main train station and about a 15 minute walk into the old town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size and we loved having a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea after a day out sightseeing. Also appreciated having tissues in the bathroom - not always the case in hotels. The included breakfast was very good with plenty of variety - the small pastries were excellent.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The underground parking lot of the hotel does not fit a car with a rooftop cargo box, its too high (it is necessary to park on the street, but we found a place without any problems, the lady at the reception helped us). The room was surprisingly very spacious, well equipped and there is a kettle and tea in the room. There was quiet, comfortable beds. Breakfast was sufficient, a selection of pastries, hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, vegetables, coffee, tea - classics. We rate very positively, the hotel is very clean, but it should be repaired and repainted walls - they are dirty from suitcases, etc. For us the hotel was a nice surprise for a sleepover on a longer trip and we will gladly use its services again.

We were travelling in a group of four, one of us with limited mobility. We had regular rooms booked (since other rooms were not available at the time of booking) and while checking in one of the employees noticed first of all and offered to change one of our regular rooms for the room with facilities for disabled. That really made the stay much more comfortable for everyone and I have to say that the attentiveness and kindness of the staff also helped a lot. Great experience!

The breakfast was very rich -according to Holiday Inn Express standards. Our room was at the end of a long corridor, consequently it was quiet. Parking was easy in an underground garage, partly used by the hotel-guests (15 €/day for the guests).

The room was comfortable for two people, we had a room at the street side but the neighborhood was so quiet we didn't hear a thing. Our room was also close to the elevator and we could hear that either. It was also dark enough (even with outer shades!). And the room was also very clean. Regarding location, the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the central station and some 15 minutes of the city center.

*Staff was polite. Regarding the parking ticket, she confirmed again whether it will not be overpaid the next morning. *The breakfast was rich in variety and all were so delicious. *We could use the elevator from the parking lot to the front desk of the hotel, so it's convenient if we have a lot of luggage.*There are supermarkets and restaurants in the same area. *The rooms are very quiet. *It was conveniently located within walking distance from the center.

1, great staff that are always ready to help!!! 2, great location. It takes you only 15 min to walk to downtown. It is next to EDIKA, and 2 other supermarkets. There is a great italian restaurant. You can walk 5 min to go there. The best pizza ever i have found in this planet. 3, comfortable and clean room, 4, good breakfast

I love how fresh everything was. Breakfast was wonderful daily. Decor and water pressure great. I also loved the smell of all the linens. The sheets were crisp and comfy! Thank you Holiday Inn Express Regensburg! Wonderful hotel!

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It's new, has good facilities and also is located in a nice district. The parking space was also very good and as I was coming back from a concert late in the evening I didn't have any problem to find a place in the garage. I really recomnend this hotel and will return next time I visit Regensburg..
